Robert (Bob) is Phoenix Development Partners’ VP of Design and Construction, overseeing all aspects of design, architecture, planning, and construction management. A trained architect, Bob has over 45 years of experience both domestically and abroad, in virtually all asset classes, project scales, and project types. Prior to joining Phoenix in 2014, he held key positions in development and architecture firms, including partner, studio head and chief designer, as well as sitting on the various boards of directors. Sample clientele includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs France, LVMH, Canal+ Television, Envergure Group, Government of Turkmenistan, Oliver McMillan, Terra Cotta Industries, North Fork Ranch, and Club Rio Mar. Bob lives in the West Ridge neighborhood of Chicago, IL, where he enjoys playing piano.
