Sam is Phoenix Development Partners’ controller, responsible for accounting and bookkeeping across all the company’s assets. A certified CPA with eight years of experience, Sam joined Phoenix in 2019 from Pritzker Realty Group, where she led a team of staff accountants for three years. She graduated from University of Illinois and then received a Master of Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago. She recently moved out of Chicago to the suburbs with family. Sam is a busy and active mom of a toddler and 2 pre-school aged kids. She enjoys travelling, hiking, and baking with the kids. She is passionate about renovating and home design. She and her husband have been slowly renovating the house they purchased last year.
